An on-going project surrounding the paradox between absence and presence, focusing on how traces can manifest as evidence of what once was.

String within my work acts as a physical presence of the ideology of an absent trace. Where have I existed? Looking into a loss of 'home' and loss of time within myself personally, I am physically (with string) trace myself back lost childhood homes.

This process transforms familiar environments into sites of reflection, where the tangible and intangible crossover. The string simultaneously binds and divides, representing an attempt to reconnect with the loss, while acknowledging the impossibility of full return. In this way, my installations embody the ideology of an absent trace; they are at once physical presences and reminders of absence.
